Protein blend (instant whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, instant whey protein isolate, instant whey protein hydrolysate), cocoa processed with alkali, natural and artificial flavors, salt, gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), soy and/or sunflower lecithin, sucralose, acesulfame potassium.

Suggested Use

Mix with 8-12 oz of water, depending on consistency preference. Start with 8 oz and add up to 6 more until preferred consistency is achieved. For optimal results, take one serving of TrueWhey within 30 minutes upon completing a workout.
